Hout Bay is an incredibly beautiful harbour town, known for its fishing opportunities, sparkling waters and, perhaps most notably, the magnificent mountains that frame it.
Although not guaranteed, berthing is usually available alongside the quay, giving you the chance to explore this nook of the Cape and its scenic wonders during your half-day charter. The harbour is home to a handful of lovely restaurants and the town, to many others.
A drive along the awe-inspiring Chapman’s Peak should not be missed — especially at sunset!
