11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children. Our visitors at the farm may however include children. Where we process children’s personal information, We do not knowingly market or solicit personal information from children. However, we recognise that visitors to our wine estate may include families with children, and in the course of providing our services, we may collect personal information relating to children who visit our premises.

Where we process personal information relating to a child, we do so on the basis that you, as the child's parent or legal guardian, are aware of and have consented to such processing.
